Advertiser accounts, conversions and payouts flow into your books with no exports.
Revolut and other banks and EMIs, by live feed where available or by statement upload.
Invite them in, or send a tax-ready pack. Either way they get clean, locked periods.
Affiliate money moves faster than general accounting software.
Conversions land daily, advertisers reject some of them later, and payouts cross currencies and borders. Most teams stitch it together with tracker exports and spreadsheets.
Invoices start as a tracker export
Someone downloads a report, pastes it into a template, and hopes the numbers match what the advertiser sees.
Payments arrive with no reference
A transfer lands in the bank with a vague description and finance has to guess which invoice it clears.
Chasing payment is nobody's job
Reminders go out when someone remembers, so cash flow depends on memory instead of a schedule.
Tax season is a scramble
Advertisers in a dozen countries means a dozen sets of rules, and the accountant gets a folder of loose files.
From first click to filed return in three steps.
Connect once. After that, the books keep themselves up to date while your team runs campaigns.
- 1
Connect TrackBooth and your bank
Link your TrackBooth account and your bank or EMI. Set billing rules per advertiser: CPA, RevShare, hybrid, per-geo rates and payment terms.
- 2
Invoices generate themselves
Books Booth counts the FTDs, sales and conversions, prices them by your rules, adds the right tax, and sends the invoice on schedule.
- 3
Get paid and hand off
Payments are matched in the bank, late payers are chased automatically, and your accountant gets the period as a tax-ready pack.
Every FTD and sale becomes a line on the right invoice.
Advertisers already live in TrackBooth, so their conversions are the source of truth. Books Booth prices them by the deal you agreed and issues the invoice with no copy-paste.
- CPA, RevShare and hybrid deals, with different rates per country
- One invoice per advertiser, offer or period, whichever you bill by
- Rejected conversions after invoicing become credit notes automatically
- Review queue before anything is sent, if you want one
Payments find their own invoices.
Connect Revolut or any other bank or EMI. Every incoming transfer is matched to the invoice it clears, and every outgoing payment lands on the right bill or expense.
- Live feeds where your bank supports them, statement upload where it does not
- Multi-currency accounts, with rates recorded on every transaction
- Suggested matches you confirm in one click, plus rules that learn your patterns
- Bank fees and card spend categorised as they arrive

Invoices go out on the 1st. Late payers get chased without you.
On the first of each month every advertiser gets an email with their invoice amount and a pay link. If it is not paid, the follow-ups run on their own until the payment is matched.
- 1st of the month, 09:00Invoice emailed with the PDF, the amount and the due date.
- Day 3 after dueA friendly reminder that references the exact conversions billed.
- Day 7 after dueA firmer note with the account statement attached.
- Day 14 after dueEscalates to your account manager with a summary of what is open.
Hi Elena,
Your August invoice is attached. It covers 84 FTDs and August RevShare from the Aurora Casino campaign. Payment terms are 14 days, so it is due on 15 September.

You choose the tone, the schedule and whether each email needs your approval first.

Questions finance teams ask first.
Do I need TrackBooth to use Books Booth?
TrackBooth gives the deepest integration, because invoices generate from live conversions and advertiser accounts. If you use another tracker, you can import conversion reports as CSV and Books Booth applies the same billing rules.
Which banks and EMIs can I connect?
Revolut and other banks and EMIs. Where your provider offers a live feed you can connect it directly. Otherwise, upload statements in common formats such as CSV, MT940, CAMT.053 or OFX.
Is Books Booth tax compliant in my country?
Books Booth applies VAT, GST, reverse charge and zero-rating rules by customer location and service type, and prepares per-country summaries. Rules differ by country and change over time, so we confirm your tax setup with you and your accountant during onboarding. Your accountant remains responsible for filing.
Will emails go out without my approval?
That is your choice. You can let invoices and reminders send automatically, or require approval on each one. Tone and schedule can be set per advertiser.
What happens when an advertiser rejects conversions after I invoice?
Books Booth drafts a credit note for the rejected conversions and queues it for your review, so the invoice and the ledger stay in step with what the advertiser accepts.
Can my accountant log in directly?
Yes. Invite them with read-only access and comments, or export a pack for any period. You can lock a month once it is reconciled so figures do not change afterwards.
Can I run more than one company or currency?
Yes. Each legal entity has its own books, permissions and currency settings, and you can switch between them from one login.
How is my data protected?
Bank connections are read-only, access is role-based, and every change is recorded in an audit trail. Ask us during the demo for details on how your data is stored and handled.
See your own conversions turn into invoices.
In a 30-minute walkthrough we will show Books Booth on a real billing setup like yours and scope pricing with you.
